Q: Why don’t any sounds play?
A #1: On the iPod Touch, open the Settings app then touch General > Sound Effects and choose how you want sound effects to be played. Either on the internal speaker, with headphones, or both.
A #2: On the iPhone, try switching to Mute then back unMute (It’s that little switch on the upper left edge of your phone). Check that your volume is not too low. You might also try restarting the phone.
A #3: Also make sure nothing is covering the sound holes on the bottom of the device (near where the cable plugs in).
A #4: On 1st Gen iPod Touch there is no built in speaker, please plug in an external speaker or use headphones.
A #5: In very rare occasions you may need to try deleting the app from your device and from your iTunes library. Restart the iPhone/iPodTouch then download Moop again using iTunes (you won’t be charged twice). Then sync your phone again. Optionally restart the iPhone/iPodTouch again.
